The Faculty's research groups work in high-tech laboratories and installations, projects are multidisciplinary and involve students of all levels, doctoral, master and undergraduate. The Faculty of Engineering also helps in the professional development of graduates and industry in conjunction Unisabana HUB and the Office of Life Long Learning.

Bioproduction Engineering

The Bioproduction Engineering program at Universidad de La Sabana trains professionals oriented to the design of products and processes and production management, for the transformation and addition of value to material of biological origin.

Industrial Engineering

The Industrial Engineering program at Universidad de La Sabana trains professionals oriented to the design, analysis, management and optimization of production and logistics systems in both the industrial and service sectors, contributing to the continuous improvement of organizations in local or international scenarios. 

Informatics Engineering

The Informatics Engineering program at Universidad de La Sabana generates information technology solutions, with an integrative approach between business areas and technologies, responding in an innovative way to the needs and expectations of users.  

Chemical Engineering

The Chemical Engineering program at Universidad de La Sabana seeks to solve problems related to the transformation of matter and energy, designing products and processes using modern simulation tools, with a focus on green engineering.

Civil Engineering

The Civil Engineering program at Universidad de La Sabana trains professionals who contribute to the design, management and execution of building projects, road projects, water and sewage projects, transportation system projects, urban renewal projects, among others. 

Mechanical Engineering

The Mechanical Engineering program at Universidad de La Sabana trains professionals with an interdisciplinary and international vision, oriented to the design and implementation of mechanical systems, optimization and automation of machinery and processes; responding to the productive and service needs with criteria of functionality, safety, efficiency and sustainability in the fields of energy, robotics, materials and manufacturing.  

PhD in Biosciences

The PhD in Biosciences of the Universidad de La Sabana is an academic program oriented to the formation of leading researchers, with high capacity for communication and interdisciplinary teamwork and critical and creative thinking for the generation of new knowledge through the development of research and innovation projects in the service of health, agriculture, industry/agro-industry and the environment.

PhD in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

The PhD in Logistics and Supply Chain Management of the Universidad de La Sabana aims at solving highly complex problems related to logistics systems in organizations, both in business systems and in large military, humanitarian, health, urban, etc. logistics systems. 

PhD in Engineering

The PhD in Engineering of the Universidad de La Sabana seeks to provide highly qualified researchers who, with their knowledge, increase the levels of innovation, productivity and competitiveness of the country. The research developed within the program seeks to integrate the knowledge of each branch of engineering, to make it more interdisciplinary and closely linked to the problems of society and industry.

The Master's Degree in Process Design and Management at Universidad de La Sabana trains engineering and related professionals who need to intervene and design systems related to the processes associated with the areas of emphasis of the program, to generate creative, rational and innovative solutions with the available resources.

The Master's Degree in Applied Analytics at Universidad de La Sabana aims to respond to market needs in the training of professional experts in data analysis that contribute to the creation of value in organizations. The professional will have an integration of traditional methodologies with the latest trends in analytics on various topics such as business, society, and sustainability.
