The Private Law research group seeks to discover the diverse legal dimensions, inherent to the institutions that are articulated within this branch of law. Its starting point derives from the analysis of the different structures of private law, in order to provide relevant academic and doctrinal positions as to allow a deeper approach to the human action phenomena.
