Type of relationship for internships

SENA Apprenticeship Contract

In compliance with the apprenticeship quotas required by law under this modality (Law 789 of 2002 and Decree 933 of 2003).

 

 

Employment contract

According to the types of contract stipulated in the Substantive Labor Code: Indefinite Term Contract (Art. 47 of the Substantive Labor Code) and Fixed Term Contract (Art. 46 of the Substantive Labor Code and Art. 28 of Law 789 of 2002). The duration of the internship must coincide with the student's academic period of studies and academic plan.

International Internship Agreement

Bajo esta modalidad el practicante y la empresa/organización acordarán la vinculación que tendrá el practicante, previa autorización de la Universidad. Para el desarrollo del objeto del presente convenio, la empresa podrá otorgar a los estudiantes salarios o ayudas en dinero o en especie como el reconocimiento de gastos de transporte y alimentación.

Training Contract

Under this modality, the student will perform his/her tasks under an academic regulation. In this linkage, obligations are generated for the parties, established in Res. 3546/2018, especially those related to the appointment of a tutor by the company, a monitor by The University and the compliance and approval of the Practice Plan. This must be complied with by the interns and other parties, which are part of this agreement.
