Service Learning
The Service Learning methodology (also known as Service Learning or Solidarity Service Learning) leads, through an intentional articulation between the academic component and the social solidarity contribution, to carry out structured learning processes for the acquisition of new knowledge and the development of skills in students, while they contribute to the improvement of the needs of a given community. Working with this methodology is useful for subjects that seek the articulation of theoretical concepts and their application, through direct interaction with a community for the solution of specific situations.
