Master in State Contracting
The program will grant the title of Master in State Contracting and its objective is the deepening, research and analysis of the problems, developments and themes of State Contracting, with special emphasis on solving practical problems, the study using the case method, based on professional ethics, justice and legal adequacy of the needs of this subspecialty of Administrative Law. State Contracting can be defined as the main legal instrument available to the authorities to satisfy the needs of the associates and comply with the fines of the social and democratic rule of law, either directly or through individuals, within the framework of the principle of legality, market economy, ethics and administrative morality.
