Specialization in Operations and Production Management
The International School of Economic and Administrative Sciences presents the Specialization in Operations and Production Management, a program in the field of management training at the University and a pioneering program in the country with more than 40 uninterrupted cohorts since 1994.
This specialization offers professionals working in operations the possibility of acquiring new management tools for decision-making in sensitive areas of the organization, such as production, processes, inventories, purchasing and technology, following a pedagogical process that combines the cutting-edge theoretical models and engineering techniques, with the practical applications of these, which will allow the specialist to develop high-impact actions in their performance within an organization.
