Specialization in Commercial Management-Medellín
The International School of Economic and Administrative Sciences presents the specialization in Commercial Management, a program in the field of management training at the University. The Specialization in Commercial Management seeks to develop leadership skills and to know the different behavioral, technological and administrative forces that affect the formulation, application, evaluation and control of commercial management; in order to make available to the market those products or services that meet its needs, adapting the sales effort to the company's environment and integrating it with the other elements of the marketing strategy.
