The International School of Economic and Administrative Sciences presents the Strategic Management Specialization, a program in the field of managerial training, which has been developed and promoted over the last two decades at Universidad de La Sabana. The specialization responds to the training needs of professionals who wish to expand their own knowledge of the strategy area, emphasizing on the process of strategic analysis, strategic direction and implementation and evaluation of the business strategy. In addition, the program has an area of managerial training that complements the knowledge and profile of the specialist.
