The International School of Economic and Administrative Sciences at Universidad de La Sabana, Colombia, invites applications for a Full time Associate and Assistant professor at the Departments of Finance, Management, Marketing and Operations. Candidates must hold a PhD or a Doctorate in Finance, Management, Marketing or Operations or be able to present proof that they have completed the requirements for their Doctoral Degree.Applicants should be able to demonstrate potential for high quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, as well as research. Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply no later than July 2024. Applications will be reviewed as soon as they are received, and the call will be open until the position has been filled. Salary and conditions are competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job requirements

• Applicants must hold a PhD or doctorate.
• Candidates must demonstrate research experience in top-tier peer reviewed journals.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of programing and the use of resources such as Python, STATA, R, C, Matlab, GAMS, among others is welcome.
• Successful candidates should demonstrate good teaching ability at both, undergraduate and graduate levels.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Successful candidates will conduct senior projects and thesis supervision, counselling students, and other activities related to the accreditation of the academic programs.
• Candidates should be proficient in English with a minimum level of B2 – C1 of the Common European Framework and should be able to teach in English.
• Spanish is also required, although a one-year period to acquire the basic language skills is contemplated.
